1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through bambolathelabel.com.au, operated by Bambola The Label ("we", "us", "our"), based in South Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We do our best to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may update prices and product availability at any time without notice; changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred).

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia only, via Australia Post. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates only — we're not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Our returns process is set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality. Where products are faulty, you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product use and safety

Our products are designed for babies and young children but must always be used under adult supervision. Please inspect products before each use and discontinue use if any damage or wear is found. Follow the care instructions provided with each product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, logos, product names and text — belongs to Bambola The Label and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
