Refund policy

Something not right? In the unlikely event your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll happily organise a replacement.

Changed your mind? No worries — we accept change-of-mind returns for store credit within 30 days, as long as items are unopened and undamaged (as a baby feeding brand, hygiene comes first). Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

How it works: Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm it's been received and whether it's been approved. Approved faulty-item refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit.
